Nishitha Degree College has 2.05 Acres Land to run MCA and MBA Courses Located at Gundaram Village Shivar, Mandal & Dist. Nizamabad, Registered in the name of Nishitha Educational Academy with Sy.No:1389 and Document No: 5567/2001 Dated: 27.7.2001.
Building:
Nishitha Degree College Constructed College Building at prime location near Bus Stand & Railway Station , H.No.5-8-797/2, Beside Police Comissionerate, Kanteshwar Road, Nizamabad – 503003 with Total Built-Up Area: 5540 Sq. Mts. Total building Instructional Area with 2160Sq.Mts, Administrative Area with 749 Sq.Mts, Amenities Area with 731 Sq. Mts and Circulation Area with 1900 Sq. Mts.
- Nishitha Built-up area requirements are specified as per AICTE Norms.
- The Built-up area, achieved has to be approved by the concerned Development Authority as per the latest Building Bye-Laws (Development Controls) in that City. A copy of certified Building Bye-Laws be made available by the Nishitha Institution.
- Copy of the approved Plan from local statutory body and the completion Plan along with the Completion Certificate from the same body, be also provided.
- The provisional Occupancy Certificate and Completion Plan shall be considered for continuance of approval.
- Fire and life Safety Certificate from Fire Department of the concerned State is to be taken before submitting the application at AICTE.
- Structural Stability Certificate and Certificate of Safe Foundation to be provided by a Structural Engineer having a Master’s Degree with specialization in Structural Engineering.
- The Land area required in the Cities will be calculated on the basis of the requirements as per AICTE norms for carpet area and the Municipal Corporation Bye-Laws.
- Nishitha Institution has the Barrier free environment and Sports facilities as specified in the Approval Process Handbook of AICTE.
Instructional Area:
Each Class Room has equipped with LCD projector, Smart Board, Internet Connection, etc.Nishitha Degree College having with facilities for conducting online classes for theory and Practical.Seminar Hall has proper furnishing and equipment such LCD projector, Smart Board, PA system and Executive Chairs.Nishitha Institution has MOOCs Facility Centre and Innovation Laboratory.

Circulation Area:
Access and Circulation area (ACA) of 25% of sum of Instructional, Administrative and Amenities area is desired covering common walkways, staircases and entrance lobby.
Computer Lab:
There is a 4 computer laboratories and one computer center in the college with 210 terminals and Internet facilities for the students and teachers. These labs are also equipped with teaching aids such as LCD Projectors and Scanners. The College wants all its students to be conversant with modern learning aids. The entire college campus is Wi-Fi enabled.
Barrier Free Campus:
Differently-abled persons need special arrangements in the environment for their mobility and independent functioning. As per AICTE Norms and to address accessibility related issues as per the stipulations of the persons with disabilities Act 1995. To facilitate differently-abled persons, we have constructed ramps at various places, and provided best in class elevator for each level of building.
Central Library
Spread over 2,000 SQ. FT.The libraries at Nishitha are more like Integrated Knowledge Resource Centres that are stocked with over 20 thousand books in total; periodicals, references, national and international journals, covering all aspects of academic studies and research materials.
Solar Initiative
Solar - not black coal - is beginning to power classrooms, dormitories and canteens of our Campus. Solar panels were set up on the building rooftops to generate power for the institution. LED lights are installed at every location on campus to improve energy efficiency. Most of the laboratories in the campus also run on solar power. In order to reduce grid electricity consumption every year.
Rainwater Harvesting
Ground Water Quality and state is real concern for the future of human habitation and government of the day. To support the Quality and recharge Ground Water level, in collabration with parley Agro Group, we have constructed 6 Bores Rain Water Harvesting System at our Campus, which recharges 100% Rain water to the ground.
